Alberto is an ICF certified multicultural executive coach who has worked with a diverse clientele from Europe, North and South America, Asia and the Middle East for the last ten years. A multilingual coach trainer, he is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French. As an executive coach, Alberto brings a lifelong experience as an entrepreneur, owning, developing and managing companies that have served both small and large corporations.
Throughout his years of coaching a diverse group of executives in multiple cultures, Alberto learned how to support his clients in a very complex and demanding corporate world. While his work is typically centered on leadership growth, he found there’s a common denominator of successful people looking to re-balance their life and re-connect. Alberto has coached in the following industries: Architecture, Higher Education, Engineering, Finance/Banks, Government/Public Service, Human Resources, Information Technology, Insurance, Legal, Manufacturing, Medical, Pharma/Biotech, Retail. The first thing that stands out from Alberto is his humanity, as well as his deep skills in leadership, facilitation and emotional intelligence. With them he creates a space of empowerment and trust, allowing solid learning and development for the person who works with him. Alberto treasures a deep knowledge and understanding of the co-active coaching model and has great experience as a facilitator, a role from which he creates a profound learning experience. Alberto works with a group of multidisciplinary partners, assembling teams and developing custom-design energetic, creative and interactive training programs that are crafted to suit the needs of the client’s leadership vision.
