I have been working with Alberto for almost a year now, and I would highly recommend him as a professional executive coach. He has a very approachable style and is easy to talk to, while at the same time pushing you and holding you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself to improve upon your current state. He is very knowledgeable, and always has a technique or a framework ready to help explain a concept or for you to use in your day-to-day effort to attain your goals, improve your relationships, and bring balance to your life. ~ Jeff Bakke, Chief Strategy Officer, WEX Health.
I had the good fortunate of meeting Alberto Polloni in 2014 while I was President of Mercy Health Physicians-Cincinnati. I was undertaking a search for leadership training for a group of seven physicians who were all new to leadership. At the time of the search, I worked with Mercy Health- the largest health system in Ohio. As such, we had extensive resources and sought RFPs from many national health care consulting firms. After much research, we selected Alberto and his firm. What stood about the RFP process was that Alberto really listened. He wasn’t attempting to sell me a templated “canned program” as so many others did. He listened and proposed a product that met my needs. Even more unusually, when I gave him feedback, he quickly incorporated as adaptations to his proposal. His years of experience, the fact that he listened, and understood how to engage new leaders all lead to my engagement with him on the project.
Even more impressive than his initial engagement was the delivery of his program. His personalized program delivered all my main objectives for my group including team building, self-mastery, enhanced listening skills, and increased confidence in professional interactions. Not only did the program help expose these physicians to leadership ideas- he also emphasized the importance of helping the physicians understand where they are personally on their own journey. Matching the didactic training of leadership with individual coaching and personal evolution was a hallmark of Alberto’s program.
And the positive impact of the program is still being felt by the organization. Some three years later, all seven of the original participants not only succeeded in their initial role, but have been promoted to larger physician executive jobs. I can comfortably say that Alberto’s leadership training program was essential to the current success of this group of young physicians. I think a story that drives home the changes is that of Dr. Rath. He was one of our more senior physicians and one, by his own admission, rather set in his ways. Those ways were often negative. But after taking part in the program, and 1:1 coaching with Alberto himself, Dr. Rath told me one day, “You know, I think this stuff is sinking in. It’s not only helping me professionally but in my family as well. I have to give him credit, it’s working.” I enthusiastically endorse Alberto Polloni for any corporation looking for leadership training and executive coaching that will listen to your needs and provide a unique, impactful, and transformative service for your team. It would be my pleasure to answer any further questions regarding my experience with Alberto. ~ Randy Curnow, MD, MBA, FACP, FACHE, FACPE, Medical Director, Ambulatory Services, TriHealth.
I have worked with Alberto Polloni for 6 years, and can easily say that he is an excellent coach and partner, with incredible range and capacity. Not only does he speak 4 languages and serve as a bilingual coach and trainer, he has also coached and trained people from Turkey, China, Europe, Middle East and North, South and Central America. A true global coach, he also works with CTI Spain, CTI North America, and CTI Mexico.
In addition to his exceptional language experience and world view, he is consistently willing to take on more responsibility and roles within our organization, and he does so with both ease and competence. I trust Alberto to deliver on what he says he will and can do, because he consistently does. I admire and appreciate his hunger for learning, and his willingness to bring curiosity to new opportunities. He also laughs easily and is very easy to work with, regardless of the role he holds, and holds a great balance between rigor and lightness. In short, hiring Alberto is the best and easiest decision you will make today! ~ Sandra Cain, CPCC, PCC. Co-Director Coach Training, CTI (Coaches Training Institute).
It is with pleasure and conviction that I compose this letter on behalf of Alberto Polloni. Alberto has served as a coach in our Transforming Leaders program for three years. He has coached several program participants. These participants have represented considerable diversity -- age, cross sectors, corporate size and cultures, including some high level executives. All program participants complete a 360-degree feedback instrument prior to commensing the program. Our coaches also assume responsibility to review those 360's and guide their coachees through the process of recognizing what's working, and identifying developmental opportunities.
Although well-trained and certified, Alberto has participated in our in-house coaches training program. There he has contributed by observing and offering feedback to less-experienced coaches. As the Director of the program, I have received positive feedback from numerous sources regarding Alberto's coaching effectiveness. I consider Alberto one of our most competent coaches. In fact, I have taken the unusual step on more than one occasion to personally assigned program participants to him because I wanted those individuals to have the best coaching experience possible.

I had the privilege of receiving personal executive coaching from Alberto Polloni in 2015, just as I began my formal training as a physician executive. Through use of several objective assessment tools and one-on-one conversations, Alberto helped me to determine my leadership style, provided mentorship as I assumed my new position and kept me on track as I navigated the transition from practicing physician to full-time executive.
It is easy to establish rapport with Alberto, and I benefited greatly from his years of coaching experience. He is able to tailor his approach to meet the needs of executives of all levels and backgrounds, from new leaders through to the C-suite. As our relationship evolved, I was surprised to find out from Alberto that he and his team had not previously provided coaching services specifically to physician executives, as he demonstrated facility in understanding the corporate culture of healthcare.
I have been in my executive role for 2 years, and find myself still benefiting from the coaching Alberto provided me. I recommend Alberto Polloni highly to provide executive coaching for your organization.
~ Dr. Erin Fries, Chief Clinical Officer for Mercy Health, Cincinnati.
I am writing to share my experience working with Alberto Polloni as an executive and leadership coach. It was my privilege in the fall of 2015 to participate in a leadership program in the Triangle region of North Carolina designed to guide the participants on an introspective and inter-active examination of their innate leadership skills and gaps. Each participant was assigned a coach for the program duration, and I was fortunate to be work with Alberto. There was much about the program I found compelling and illustrative, but the personal work done with Alberto’s expert guidance was key to the outcomes I derived.
Alberto is instantly warm and authentic, creating an environment of trust which allowed me to lean into the personal reflection needed. While clearly Alberto had as his agenda the goals set by the leadership programmatic focus, it was apparent that he took his cues from me and my responses to his prompts. He easily built for us a set of vocabulary and imagery that was undeniably unique to me and my experience – not a one size fits all platform for improvement. During our sessions, Alberto continued to focus my development on those gaps or vulnerabilities in my leadership which resulted from the whole of my life’s experiences. But we designed it together, which has made it memorable and ultimately a resource for my continued growth since concluding the leadership program. It is with confidence I can recommend Alberto Polloni for an executive coaching role at your company.

I had the opportunity to work with Alberto as my trainer and mentor to become a Certification Program Leader at The Coaches Training Institute, CTI. The first thing that stands out from Alberto is his humanity, as well as his deep skills in leadership, facilitation and emotional intelligence. With them he creates a space of empowerment and trust, allowing solid learning and development for the person that works with him.
Alberto treasures a deep knowledge and understanding of the co-active coaching model and has great experience as a facilitator, a role from where he creates a profound learning experience. Finally I have witnessed his mastery as a co-active coach. I have learned much from his coaching, where he profoundly connects with his clients, allowing them to give the best of themselves. With no doubt, it is a great experience to work and learn with him.

Alberto has a gentle and down to earth manner with a razor sharp intuition that powerfully serves me as a client. He listens deeply and then offers insights back to me that often reach something I hadn't known existed. He is a steady guide keeping me on course in the coaching conversation so that it's always productive and working towards my goals, even when I find myself inadvertently ducking around and going back to my analytical self and the same old stories I have been telling myself. Beyond our time together in a session through his coaching, I have picked up strategies that I can use on my own. In the professional sphere I self-manage better and even use the skills to support others to be their best; in my personal life I've been able to understand and set free some things that were holding me back.
