MINDGATE Coaching Model
MINDGATE is the metaphor that brings together our different intelligence that govern us, consciously and unconsciously. Besides IQ, the world has become fairly familiar with EQ, Emotional Intelligence, which is the capability of individuals to self-manage their own emotions and recognize those of others. MINDGATE integration process ads 2 more intellects, Body and Spiritual, thus creating immense self-awareness. The interaction of these components allows a superior creative intelligence to emerge and take charge. ​

I. Mind Intelligence (IQ)

Executive Leaders who are aware of their thought patterns maximize their performance. In the mind dimension, we explore the entirety of the thought system, which is nothing more than an internal conversation that creates a belief system that drives our behavior. This internal conversation may either empower or dis-empower you, the work is to be able to notice the impact that both are having in your performance, and then be at choice of which one you will be listening from now.  My partners and I have developed our patented Assenter|Dissenter tool that allows the process of neuroplasticity to rewire our brain for the purpose of creating desired change. Neuroscience also reveals the nature of our intuitive and rational mind, providing awareness and normalizing its practice to obtain a balanced thought process.
 
​II. Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

​Executive Leaders who experience a full range of emotions have greater mental and physical health, exemplary job performance, and more potent leadership skills. Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves (self-awareness), develop and maintain interpersonal relationships, cope with challenges (decision making), and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way (stress management.) ​III. Body Intelligence (BQ)

Executive Leaders who listen to their bodies and body language are conscious leaders. The body is an intelligent, highly integrated matrix, inseparable from our mind, emotions, and spirit. The awareness of the constant messaging between body and mind, as well as the silent electromagnetic communication between humans, becomes a powerful tool in self-realization. This translates into seeing your body as an ally that provides us with useful information on interpersonal non-verbal cues.

​IV. Spirit Intelligence (EQ)
